Quite condescending towards minorities. If you noticed a good chunk of Low reviews come from ethnic minorities in this establishment. I would have thought the Bay area as a whole is a “Bastion of Liberal Progressivism” that caters and understands the diversity of this nation’s ethnic minority. Unfortunately, it only shows that luxury car dealerships such as this still foster micro-aggression and prejudice to their non-white customers which is not only sad but appalling because racism is still evident in one shape or form.
