Michele DeMartini has helped me with with selling and buying multiple properties over the years; purchased 2 new homes and sold my existing 3 properties. The thing I learned quickly about Michele is that she will work really hard to make sure she meets your needs, and she's even provided me with fantastic referrals for movers and contractors. I really appreciate how detailed orientated she is and it's surprising to me how many mistakes other realtors make through the process, and I never have to worry about that with Michele. Last year we bought our Martinez home, and it truly is our dream home. It was on the market for less than 24 hours when she took us to see it. I called her that afternoon out of the blue because we were not actively looking for a new home and she took us through that evening, we were the first people to see it. We immediately fell in love with it, and she was able to help us take it off the market within 72 hours and handled each step perfectly. Through all of our transactions, she is a great communicator and makes herself available around the clock for questions. She is personable, professional, and treats her clients more like a friend vs. a customer. She has gained my trust and I really can't imagine working with anyone else and I would highly recommend working with her to any of my family, or friends. I can assure you that Michele will do everything she can to ensure you get what you are looking for!

I was truly humbled and honored to have Michele DeMartini represent me as the seller. In-and-out of the office, Michele is a GO-GETTER! Her professionalism, her drive, her attention to details, her non-stop-around-the-clock work ethic, her ability to multi-task with all methods of communication and demands, and most importantly, her optimistic outlook all the way to the finish line are just a few traits that make her so incredibly amazing! Over the years, I’ve heard and seen of her work throughout the county, and as soon as my kids moved away to college, I felt it was time to sell my home and relocate. I reached out to Michele and asked her to represent me. With no hesitation and no mention of her high-level workloads, she graciously accepted my request. From the first day she set foot in my home to the day we closed, this woman was PHENOMANAL! This woman IS a POWERHOUSE! Never once did I feel unforgotten or had to wait too long to get a response from Michele. Allow me to mention that during the process, I had unexpectedly traveled three different states entering two different time zones, but Michele did not let that impact our communication or deadlines. She was ON IT and did not skip a beat! She always kept me in-the-know, and always provided realistic timelines and expectations. She truly went above-and-beyond the call of duty, especially with my out-of-state traveling demands. I was so blessed to be on her team! She truly defines world class at its best! There’s a saying, "when there’s a will; there’s a way!" …and Michele definitely has a tremendous amount of will and she surely finds a way! Words could never fully express my extreme appreciation to Michele, but I hope she knows how forever grateful I am to have witnessed her unconditional desire and limitless wit to get the job done! I highly recommend Michele DeMartini to represent you!

I've worked with Michele for a few years and I've always been impressed with her market knowledge, reputation and negotiation skills. Most people don't get to see what she does in the background with negotiations and in real estate that's a critical component!

I can not imagine our first home purchase without Michele as our realtor. My mom recommended her to my fiancé and me, and from our first call with her I knew immediately that we were in the right hands. At the time of our purchase, it was a very competitive market and we had so much to learn when it came to buying a home. Michele was patient, thorough, and most importantly our number one advocate. She took time to explain every step of the process to us in a way that made us feel comfortable and confident. We looked for a home in multiple areas and had a wide net for our first home search. Michele was patient and always willing to look at a variety of houses and locations with us. She helped us think through and narrow down where would be a good fit for our first home. Every time we saw a house she was right there with us looking intently at each thing and pointing out things for us to consider. If you are looking for someone to be a true partner with you and go to all ends to advocate for you, Michele is the best person for that. She is warm, caring, and thoughtful. Buying a home is a very big decision and the process of placing offers and not getting accepted can be an emotional process. Michele was always compassionate with us through those disappointments. The escrow process is quick and full of so many steps that have to be timed perfectly so that each party (the bank, sellers, buyers, title company) is satisfied. Michele is extremely knowledgable, professional and truly excellent at her job. Throughout our escrow process she would update us daily with where we were at and what we needed to accomplish next. We felt completely supported the entire time. She worked tirelessly through any hiccups we had. She was always extremely proactive and organized, two things that were essential to our close of escrow. I truly believe that we would not have gotten through the transaction and gotten into our first home without Michele. She combines being diligent and by-the book with being compassionate and caring to make the best real estate agent. I truly can’t say enough amazing things about working with Michele, but I do know that we will be recommending to her to everyone we know!!
