For several months I was dealing with excruciating pain in my lower neck/mid back, which I thought was a shoulder/scapula/pinched nerve problem because my right arm down to my fingertips would tingle every time I bent forward. I exhausted a lot of avenues before trying Dr. Kaplan and I wish I would’ve seen him sooner… I noticed a huge improvement after about two weeks of treatment. I first went in to see Dr. Kaplan for significant neck and tmj pain. From the very beginning I always appreciated his honesty and sincerity. I was in a lot of pain prior to starting treatment and I could tell he really cared to help. My neck would constantly be burning, and it always felt really tight. I came to this chiropractor for help. I was suffering from severe neck pain and vertigo and dizziness. I saw he has very good reviews so didn’t hesitate to make an appointment with him . of course I explained my situation to him and he told me that he would help me. I have meditated for a few months whether to make this review until I thought about contacting the chiropractor school to report this because I think it is not fair that they do a scan or X-Ray of my neck and only one adjustment next appointment he will explain what it’s next but I got the surprise he had already his proposal I need 18 adjustments and I have to pay the plan if I don’t accept the plan he is offer me . He won’t do any adjustment I was very confused my husband understood better what was going on . Practically I lost $400 because his X-ray doesn’t work didn’t show anything the other chiropractor can use . It was my first time visiting a chiropractor in this country and I have had a worse impression, He only takes my money for nothing . And Some people will say it’s only $ 400 dollars and but I do not work because I am with vertigos it was the little money I had saved for so long and it’s gone . I’m very honest don’t come to this place if you don’t know what you have .
