I haven't been to a self storage facility in years. This one impressed me with its newness and secure looking lockers. Each was equipped with strong doors and the whole facility was clean and modern. We were there to collect purchases for an auction. Trolleys were available for us to cart our boxes to our car.

Called multiple times tried to get in contact with Kurt left a voicemail and nothing called the customer service line and after waiting for 26 minutes someone finally answered and asked me to wait and hung up I work for a storage location and by far this is the worst customer service ever
