My son and his friends had blast. The staff members were great, and I was really surprised about how friendly and courteous they were, especially because they all seemed pretty young. I would definitely bring my son back. I also liked that I was able to bring the kids food from outside.

Unsupervised. Employees are teenagers who do not supervise and rather play amongst themselves. This is most prominent during glow hours, where there were a lot of horse playing going on. There should be better supervision of the establishment.

My reservation somehow was booked incorrectly, even though the confirmation call I received days before was correct. We arrived early as instructed to check in, the children weren’t given socks, we had no instructor and I had to wait well waste time to correct their error because the private event which was paid for wasn’t in their system correctly. They tried to accommodate afterwards, but we still didn’t get what we paid for. NEVER AGAIN!

It was probably because of the events that are held during the night. For example GLOW nights.
No parents zone that I know of.
There are age restrictions for certain areas in the facility
Call before you leave, because they will close earlier if there would be no people.
