I thought this theatre was great you pick your seats it had nice hight back seating so you can rest your head back. it was not the cloth material which i dont like i took a pic of it for reference. the seats were comfortable. reason it got 4 and not 5 is because nowadays we have the fancy big seat with recliners and ways to order from the seat with bigger screens as an option so ill reserve the 5 stars for that extra luxury.

Ah yes, I love buying a movie ticket to watch 40 consecutive minutes of previews and ads before finally starting the movie. Over priced food and drinks, per the usual. Place isn't all that clean, definitely could use an update. Chairs are uncomfortable. Didn't like the employees attitudes. Wouldn't recommend.

I tried buying tickets online twice and was charged a service fee, even though I didn't receive the tickets. There was an issue with the app. Customer service nor the location was able to refund this. Second poor experience: There was a power outage during the showing after 10 minutes. They wouldn't refund our popcorn and snacks, despite that we barely touched them. The least they could have done for the poor experience was refund us for the snacks, which cost like 30-40 bucks. We bought them to have during the movie, not during the car ride. The snacks are the most expensive part of going to the movies. These instances both occurred during the same 4 month period.

They have a no outside food and drink policy. Most theaters do. They check more on the weekends and nights.

As far as I know they don't have matinees @Regal. Prices are $10.50. Although, with a Regal subscription you can watch unlimited movies.
