Our first time renting a storage unit and it was a very smooth transaction from start to finish, thanks to Christine. She was very efficient, professional and friendly, and I noticed that she knew the names of each of the storage unit owners that stopped in during our registration process. Would recommend using this storage facility to anyone in the area.

I started the process of securing a unit at Safeguard online via telephone. The process was very smooth and the employee took her time to explain everything to me. The patience of this first employee encounter possibly foreshadowed what the rest of my experience with this storage company would be like. After I secured the unit, I went in to see the physical unit to sort the remainder of business out. Christine was the employee that tended to me that day. She is such a lovely, knowledgeable, kind, and patient individual. When I did not show, she left me a voicemail to see where I was. When I got to the unit, she took the time to explain everything and answer every question. The space is clean and run very smoothly, which I appreciate because I’m a stickler for organization. Overall, my experience here was great so far. Next time that I need a storage for a longer time, I’m definitely coming here. 10/10 for sure!
