Where to start? Go elsewhere. This place is nothing like the website portrays it to be. Room reservation was the first issue. We had selected a room and were given one exactly the opposite. WiFi didn’t work half the time and was very weak. Odors in the hallways and in the room, probably due to a/c filters that need replacing. Humidity very high in hotel and room - hence everything was sticky and felt wet, including the sheets. Towels still wet in the mornings. Beds are very soft - not good for the back. Breakfast had no fruit, muffins, or sweet rolls during our stay. Digital key didn’t work. Exercise bikes had loose and wobbly seats. Stairwells had trash over our 5-day stay. Still there when we left. Maid only made the bed and changed the towels. Mirror and surfaces were not cleaned. Management’s answer to us, over the five days that we stayed, was that we could “go elsewhere”, knowing that was impossible. There was a big town event going on and every hotel was full. He and other employees had an “I don’t care attitude”.

Had a two night stay here. Hotel staff courteous and professional. Allowed me check out and stash my luggage in their office while I took a quick trip into Sleepy Hollow which was much appreciated. Some signs of disrepair in my hotel room but nothing major.

I have stayed here a few times before and this was likely the last time. This hotel is not bad, but there is not much positive about it either. It is old and run down, there was literally nothing available to drink in the fridge in the snack area, during the three days I was there, the breakfast offering didn’t have eggs or yogurt or anything with protein in it, the fitness center is lacking most of the dumbbells / free weights, etc. Again, there’s nothing majorly wrong with the hotel but there are just a lot of small things missing that other hotels in the area likely have to offer. It just seems like nobody is updating and maintaining the hotel to keep up with basic details and customer expectations.

Positive: Wonderful staff and beds were comfortable. Negative: Pre-k size toilets, I¿m only 5¿8 155lbs. Very uncomfortable. plumbing was horrible, each time we flushed, toilet almost overflowed in both rooms. Shower half clean with dirt in the tub and hair.
