I started working at Complete Care @ Meriden going on two months ago and I see the CNA’s are excellent, hardworking, caring people that take great care of our patients. The charge nurses are very strong, knowledgeable nurses who know their patient’s needs and take care of them in the patient’s home at Meriden. I am proud to work with this great team of not only the nursing staff but of the Management team working to build a stronger facility. Admissions, MDS staff, our Scheduler is on point with all of our patients follow up appointments and preparations for transportation to make a smooth transition. I can’t say enough about every department head from our Administrator, DON, ADON, myself as one of the Nursing Supervisors who run the building on their shifts- so knowledgeable to meet our patient’s needs on every shift. The Social Workers, therapists, Business office, housekeeping and maintenance departments do a great job to keep the facility clean and up to date. Our APRN’s are very strong, knowledgeable and on top of every issue, know their patients blood levels, medications, follow up on every patient to keep them healthy, not to mention our Physicians. Dietician/Kitchen staff work very hard to get the meals out warm and meet the patient’s particle food requests. It’s a pleasure to work with a strong team in every department to make our patients lives better and happy In their home. I look forward to working with this facility in the future. Tracey S.
