Was patient here for quite some time, everything I’m writing is truthful, everyone who walks in is a “Glaucoma Suspect.” Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere, after I did I received a real appointment, and was told that this was just a lie. How do you upsell a diagnosis. (Reply from Owner is just their best effort to negate away from them committing what’s is commonly known as Statue: (18 USC 1347) Your response did not even state or clarify that you weren’t OVER testing and emptying your “patients” pockets. Maybe if you focused on the health of the people who come in instead of your pockets I wouldn’t be writing this. I’m not sure you’re aware but trying to rebut a review by using a blanket statement like “it could be an emergency!” Its just not a good look. But don’t worry, I’m case you attempt to remove this review I will let you know all of my statements do fall in accordance with Googles TOS and agreements, as everything here is in fact the truth and if anyone needs to reach out to me feel free as I have my visit as well any other info necessary. “ If the claims made in the Google review are true, you cannot claim defamation.
