I’ve never had a smoother or more pleasant “adult” task be done in person. I forget the agent who helped me but she was swift, professional, and so kind. She explained my benefits well and allowed me to understand why Mass didn’t see me as low income 🙄 I would recommend anyone who needs help with their coverage to just go to the office. It's near north station. Good luck. Last time I went there no one could tell me how to do anything. The only answer I got repeatedly was, "there's nothing I can do"
Best to do is use your phone to record the situation and post it on social media, maybe employees would do their job or their boss will do something about it, but in the meantime use social media to get your point across.

You need to actually talk to the folks at the health connector, not just people on the internet. You can walk in to the office or call.

You should talk to the health connector folks in person. Make sure you are on the same plan as before and you are not accidentally behind on payments. Also chat with them if your financial situation has changed (lost a job, had a baby) so they can adjust your insurance as well.
Put the adress on Google Maps and select train option on top (if you are using the train) it will tell you all the steps you have to do in order to get there from your location, otherwise just use a taxi. Hope it helps
