Emailed being told id get a reply in 2 days. Never got one. A week later I called to be told using my ac in my 2 bedroom apartment has made my bill $100 more than normal even though the thermostat is at 74 90% of the time... it just seems outrageous. I was given very little help for the situation other than being told that i can pay the bill in two parts... I want help lowering the bill... not a payment plan. It was a waste of time to email or call.

Trash service!!I want to start a new service and I have called multiple times just to make sure they receive my ID. Those people give me false email address two times!Trash.

No power for 5 hours because of a little wind because "assessing conditions". Its breezy. Come fix the power. Update: 9 hours and no power or anything other than "assessing conditions" Update#2: power is finally back after 12-13 hours. Thanks ill just use it after work, you know the thing you guys didnt do for 12 hours 7/28/21 Power went out at 7:36 pm. They fixed it around 12:30 am. Then it went out again at 2:30 am. Good fix guys.
