Mom lived there in 80 now she is 92, appartment looked nice when moved out took her desposit for one stain in carpet. Place is old inside needs to be up graded. Had no rails on stairs till i told them if mom falls i will sue. Then they put them on stairs. Manager then was not friendly to my mom, we always paid rent on time , kitchen so small you can barely turn aroundvwith two in there. So glad she got out of there. The heaters are so old her heater was putting out carbanaide so they had to put new one in and made us go buy the alarm. I should have taken them to court mom would have gotton her deposit back. Will never happen again. She lives in my daughters gest house and its beiutiful. Up on a hill open floor and all ready for senior. She loves it. Only thing nice was hearing the creek run at night when had rained thats it

Quite place to live in jackson. No issues with noisy neighbors or anything like that.
