Harvard Vanguard will not allow you to continue working with your mental health therapist after they leave the organization. Your therapist is kept under contract to not say goodbye to you when they leave or have any communication with you whatsoever. Harvard Vanguard uses their IT team to control your therapist’s profile for their new job on the therapist database Meet Monarch, to make your therapist send you an extremely cruel letter saying they will never work with you again if you message them. They will not let you work with your therapist under any circumstances, regardless of how damaged you are by losing them. Harvard Vanguard only cares about keeping your business - they do not care about your mental health whatsoever.
