August 31st I went in for an oil change. Unfortunately the wait was 2-3 hours and was unable to wait the time. I asked for a reschedule appointment same time and date the following week. September 7th I arrived 15 minutes early, and start getting the process started for the regular oil change. I am informed at the counter my warranty has expired due to hitting the 25k mark. Clerk reports warranty has been expired since April 22’, but also my 25k mile warranty. My last service was done in April. Clerk asks me if I would like to pay cash or card. I stated I was unaware, and bit confused but it is fine. Clerk asks me if I would like to purchase the oil filter at least from the parts department. I declined. Wish I would have been informed prior to rescheduling twice about my warranty.

Google Merced Toyota service coupons
The diagnosis fee is well over $100. That is the first thing that they are going to recommend you do that way they could find out what's going on with your vehicle. I would recommend going to another place they're in town. The place is called toyotech. It's off of Highway 140 near the Home Depot. It is much less expensive.
Service department close on Sunday. Must open back on Monday.
