I have been working as a caregiver with Home Instead for about 5 years, I never had any issue with the management. In the contrary they have been very helpful and understanding and they would resolve fast and professionally any problem that might occur. I always thought about moving to HI in my area so I can find more clients nearby but the only thing that keeping me from do it is the healthy relationship I have with my supervisors that makes my job easier and satisfying..
