Brian their personal trainer was excellent. I’d stopped going to the gym since Covid and needed to rebuild that momentum. He put me on an intensive program consisting of diet, weight training, and cardio where I was able to lose 4% body fat (roughly 8lbs) in about 40 days. 100% recommend him. However, the gym has a convoluted cancellation policy where it charged me for an extra month I’m not using since I’ll be at school. They could, of course, just cancel the charge because it hasn’t happened yet. But, it’s a corporate gym so you get bureaucratic excuses about policy and how it can’t be done etc. Basically, read the fine print when signing up because these gyms love to overcharge for various nonsense.
