It's 8:00 to get in the park.. Go early it gets jammed..
No, it's only own from Memorial day to Labor day
I would try to contact some of the park workers to verify. You are allowed to grill and bring your own grill but a BBQ station set up I would run pass the workers but I don't see why not.
Yes
But what do I think if
Yes!
Yes! It's beautiful.
All 3 lakes are accessible by boat (non- motorized), but head down to South Lake for waterskiing or tubing
Yes only for photos walks go down to where the boats go in.
From their web site: Hoursfor Cochituate State Park During the summer, Gates open at 8am. All boats off the water by 7pm, boat ramp closes at 7:30pm. Bathrooms locked at 7pm. Gates locked at 8pm. During the off-season: Enter at the boat ramp, open from dawn to dusk, no facilities available.
8 to park at ramp
Yes you can
not sure, it's great in summer you'll just love it.
Not on the beach from memorial day to labor day but you can sneak the pup in through the back behind Home Depot.
Yes you can. I have seen many dogs there
I was there like a week ago and was never told there was any issues with the water, nor did I see any notices. If there was an issue I highly doubt they would allow people to still swim there
I think you have to leave around 7pm and its 8 dollars to get into the side with the boat launch and there's no charge for the other side it's the first left after going over the water when leaving the side that you have to pay to park. You can stay as long as you want. The turn is right before a graveyard. I believe Wayland town beach is free. I think Walden pond is only 5 dollars and the water is crystal clear.
Ive seen dogs there and ive seen dogs in boats with theor owners there.
Get there early or you won't get a good spot
The hotter it is.....the earlier you need to get there. 10:30 am should work...but 11 am will likely be too late... so...get there early, get the best spot, and enjoy the day. When we used to go for the day, we would freeze a gallon of water overnight and it would keep everything else that we packed, nice and cold. Then, as it melted, we drank ice cold, refreshing water!!! The water expands when you freeze it and it will pop the top off so take the top off, take some water out, and you will really be happy you brought it with you. It's way less expensive to buy a gallon of bottled water from the grocer and freeze it than it is to buy cold drinks from a truck. Enjoy !!!!
Yes small beach with lifeguards. Get there early, fills up quick!!
Not sure the cost, but if you go onto the parks and rec site it'll tell you everything you Need to know
Yes, the park is open from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day.
