Why are they still in business? If every CVS everywhere was ran like this pharmacy, they would be bankrupt. Worst service all around.

My Dad's prescriptions got transferred to CVS when Watson's Drug Store closed and we went to pick them up on Wednesday and they said that they couldn't fill one because it was "too early" when it was the same time we've always filled it and that they would have to change one of the medicines because "insurance wouldn't cover it " when it's always covered it before including last month. It's completely covered by insurance where it doesn't cost anything, which they didn't like so they are trying to change it to something that will cost a few dollars, so advice to anyone who has been transferred here, switch to Walmart. UPDATE: They still won't fill it now they say it has to be less than 3 days

I went in with my grandmothers pill planners. She has 7-8 prescriptions so they’re a hassle, I understand. But they blantly turned them down saying “we’re over capacity”. So now I spend 30 minutes of my time filling them. Hopefully I can switch her to walmart before I have to AGAIN. Thank you cvs :)
