Had an issue with my dishwasher. Tech came out and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Tech came and fixed the dishwasher. The dishwasher was worse off after tech left causing thousands of dollars in damage to my hardwood floors. Insurance got involved on behalf of Krohns and I was offered a fraction of the cost to replace floors. So a $200 fix will now cost me over $2000 out of MY POCKET! I will never do business with Krohns again.

Krohn's fixed the broken handle on our microwave. The technician (Justin) showed up on time, was knowledgeable, efficient and the microwave is now good as new. We'll use them again for any other appliance repairs.
