I don't recommend this apartment complex due to management issues, discrimination, and emotional abuse. My husband and I have applied for a 2bdr apartment three months in advance before the move-in date and provided all necessary documentation for the income verification and emotional support animal as well. After two weeks of review, the application, and constant requests to send the tax return, bank statements, and medical (confidential, by the way) history, the management refused our application because "We cannot submit 30 pages of tax documents and bank statements to prove his portion of the income" and listed the same apartment at a price +$300 than were offered to us. Very disrespectful and discriminatory way of communication. Though I have to find a new place to rent Im happy i have nothing to do with this complex as it seems to be very unfriendly place to live.

I just recently moved out after living here for 3 years, and it was a great experience. Though the office staff has overturned several times, the current management team is kind and helpful. The grounds are well maintained, and the maintenance staff are always quick to help with any requests. The only thing that could use improvement is parking, because when the property is full it can be tough to find good parking.

Beautiful property, helpful management, and nice neighbors. As other reviews have stated, there is a problem with packages being stolen, but they have installed cameras to help, which is appreciated.

First of all, would like to clarify that I am a resident there, I do not manage or own the property. Garage parking is charged. There are plenty of open parking which is not charged.
Yes, the elevator is right there in the garage! We found it was super convenient to have an elevator reserved for your move-in also to save time that you are paying for your movers.
There is a shuttle that runs between the two each morning and evening. It stops around 10am and starts back up about 4pm each weekday. It's really convenient, the shuttle only runs between the two stops and is generally the same driver each time. Hope that helped!
Sounds like you're already moved in! Sewer, Water, Trash, two outdoor Parking spots, 24-Hr fitness center, Use Outdoor pool or Ice rink, Grill area, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Shuttle to Train and Hosted events in the clubhouse! Pretty cool!
Good question but probably not.. you could call leasing and ask..
