I have never had a worse customer service experience in MY LIFE!! All I needed was to speak to a customer service representative and that could not be achieved.. the government should be EMBARRASSED!!! I’ve called four different assistant lines all leading me to the same ending. I cannot leave a voice message I cannot speak with a person I cannot email them. I have no way of getting the information there website is very incompetent!

Not very helpful when it comes to other resources in the area who are willing to help low income families as well. There’s a don’t ask don’t tell rule in order.

If the DTA ever gets their act together they might be considered useful...Sure, I got SNAP benefits but thats it...beyond telling me to go elsewhere for any OTHER help all they did for me was foodstamps...why bother calling themselves Department of Transitional ASSISTANCE when the ONLY assistance I got was SNAP (no help with health ins., no help with housing, NADA) makes them appear disingenous at best to me...

They can be helpful, but most of the time I feel like I'm being looked down on.
