Wasn't there for housing assistance. Appt was on other side of the building at cape cod healthcare. They were super nice and hardly any waiting time. Therapist was nice, compassionate.

Disabledworld and homeadvisor.com. show possible home repair Grant's and loans for disabled people. I'm not sure about cape cod local help though.
Sorry.....been looking myself and no luck....best when summer is over after the summer visitors leave
If you call them direct they will be more than happy to help. They had a staffing change around that time. The new staff is still getting up to speed.
