Some of the drivers can be a bit careless with the people they transport. My parent was using their services to go to Dialysis and the driver did not make sure my parent was secured in the seat and started driving really fast. When that driver a did hard turn, my parent slid out of the seat in the van. The driver turned around and said "you fell out your chair." My parent said that their back was hurting and they said. "Oh you're okay." And just kept on driving. I ended up taking my parent to the emergency room to get their back examined because they were in pain. I told Big Wheel that she had to go to emergency room because of what happened and they said that that was not normal behavior of that driver to do something like that. We might can pay for her visit to the Emergency Room and maybe get her something extra for the inconvenience. Then they just kept giving me the run around until they stopped responding at all without any assistance or apology or anything. We ultimately switched services. All the drivers are not careless like this at Big Wheel, but this left a bad taste in my mouth. The services before this particular incident were not all bad, but they would sometimes get my parent late to her appointment. I would definitely not recommend their services unless you were desperate.

Well what I can say is this they got very friendly drivers some of the best drivers that you can have but when it comes down to their vehicles and the company the head company I guess that's where the quality Slack also make sure you plan your appointments way ahead of time and and weeks and hours cuz you never know they might get you on time or they might not

This driver ran us off the road on 73 around mile marker 70, because they were in to much of a hurry to wait for the car in front of them to merge on. They went around them pushing us off into the emergency lane and did not even slow down after we honked at them!! PLEAE DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO DRIVE YOUR LOVED ONES!!!! I tried calling but of course the line was busy, probably calling the boss telling them!!
