This business might look great from the outside, but fine print and poor communication says other wise. This business is one of the few businesses in PA that mandates the COVID 19 vaccination identification even though mandates have been lifted. The representative on the phone claimed telling my mother (who was looking forward to celebrating 60th birthday) that she had told her previously that this mandate was required even though that wasn’t true, as she was never informed. Rude customer service and bad policy. Don’t go here to a place that forces a vaccine upon its customers. Just awful, was really looking forward to balloon ride / celebration.

Refund policy is a joke. First flight was cancelled because of wind. We reschedule a week later and then it was cancelled due to heat. Didn't have time to reschedule after that. We didn't get our $100 deposit back because deposits are not refunded when the pilot has to cancel for bad weather. Terrible way to run a business having the customer take the hit for something that isn't their fault. What if you are only visiting Pa for a few days??? Endless mountains should take that risk of having to give deposits back because of what kind of business it is. I'll schedule a ride with Big Red Balloon near Tampa, Fl where they offer refunds if they have to cancel for bad weather!
