What a pleasant experience celebrating my husband’s birthday. Reservation on their website is easy and intuitive. Ample parking at the meeting point with staff guiding you through the parking to the meet up location. Before you get on the flight, you have the option of enjoying light breakfast and beverages. No bulky bags etc and allowed so please be mindful of that. We were able to carry a tiny GoPro and phones. We were about 12 people on board. Our pilot was super experienced as he explained the details of the valley, we enjoyed the sunrise and please breeze aboard. After landing, they had a shuttle drive us back to a brunch spot which served delicious brunch with mimosas. Overall, amazing experience followed by meals and conversations in Yountville downtown.

Now what can I say about this experience. Lifetime experience full of thrill and excitement. It was refreshing with lots of fun and entertainment. The pilot of the hot air balloon was very much experienced and the guidance he gave about the whole process was so informative and knowledgeable. Love it and strongly recommend

Had a great experience with Aloft. Everyone is nice, courteous and helpful. They serve coffee, teas, and pastries in the morning before take-off. The takeoff location is convenient as it is at the parking lot of V marketplace. The pilot was nice and knowledgeable with wine country history and history places. We love the fact that the basket is smaller, so there were only 12 of us, easier to load and unload. View is beautiful. I just wish we took off a bit earlier so we can actually see the sunrise. That would make our experience perfect. Our balloon was the last one of the batch. (-0.5 ⭐️). Overall, highly recommend Aloft if you want to experience hot air balloons in Napa.

Such an amazing experience. Everyone at the Aloft was so pleasant. Check- in process was EZ and indoors on a cool morning with coffee and snacks. Our pilot Jason was so experienced and a master flier as well as so knowledgeable on the area and what we were looking at during the ride. This is a definite bucket list thing to do!

Nothing to worry about...No payment is taken until the flight is over. Basic payment info will be taken when the reservation is done, but the payment is only completed upon check out at the conclusion of the flight.
you can book online or call the main number. I don't know if they speak Spanish, I know the weather is usually good, but you may have to go to an alternate launch site like me. They give you a number to call 1 hour before your flight to see if the flight has been canceled due to the weather, so you will avoid having to drive there and will be informed that the flight has been canceled. If canceled due to weather, you can call again to reschedule the flight for another day.

The website advises against anyone younger than 6 or shorter than 48 inches. Primarily this is because they wouldn't be able to see anything due to the height of the basket and it would be unsafe to carry them or lift them up above the basket rim.
The cost is $200, and they gave me a military discount that came to $180. So very worth it.
