Very friendly staff that greeted us when we walked in and wished us a good day as we left. Sandwich was the usual JJ sandwich. It was good, but I kinda think they might be skimping on the meat these days, but that’s not surprising.

This location is typically pretty fast. There may be a slight delay during busier times of the day. This location had an issue keeping chips in stock but that has since been resolved.

There have been multiple times now that this Jimmy John's has taking excessively too long to deliver. That is part of their sale point is "freaky fast delivery" yet today the manager told me there are many customers waiting 2 hours for their food. Manager Gauge made tons of excuses as he continuously cut me off while speaking. Bottom line is, poor customer service. They can't even give a courtesy call to customers letting them know their "freaky fast" delivery will be longer than. Will definitely not be ordering from here again.

just bought a bag of chips from store #629. The bag had already been opened & taped shut on the inside and outside to resell…And someone put another bag over it to conceal the tape…absolutely disgusting!! Called the store and the manager offered to replace my chips with a bag of their (likely tampered with) chips. Nothing else. FUTURE GUESTS - DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR FOOD TAMPERED WITH. I would give zero stars if I could. Attempted to email corporate and their email isn’t working. Tweeted at them and they did nothing. You are lucky my toddler didn’t eat any of the chips. I’d be pressing charges.
