I called the Center for information and was greeted with the most unenthusiastic “Hello” from the receptionist. Every business should answer the phone stating the name of the business so that the caller is sure that they have dialed the correct number. Once I confirmed that I had called the Chabad Jewish Center of Greensboro and asked, what was to be, my first question, the reply was as dry as the greeting. Wow! I had no interest in continuing the conversation. It’s really simple; if you don’t like talking to people, FIND ANOTHER ASSIGNMENT!!! I absolutely hate poor customer service.
