I bought a brand new washer from Carmonas in April 2021. January of 2022 our washer stopped working properly. The Carmonas tech came out two times. Once to determine the issue and another time to fix the issue. Once the washer was "fixed" it continued to soak and ruin our clothes. So Carmonas came out again. This time after determining the issue our washer was completely useless. I have lost count on how many times Carmonas has been out to repair our washer and it still is not working. I believe one of the office ladies said they have been out TEN times. Eight whole months without a washer for a family and Carmonas has been slacking on fixing the issue. Do not wait on Carmonas to fix any issue you have..From March to today we have not had a washer and they simply do not care. Not only did I lose money from the broken washer I bought from Carmonas, I bought a new washer elsewhere because of Carmonas customer neglect. Do. Not. Recommend.

Very efficient salesperson. I had no idea what Carmona's had in stock and needed a new refrigerator ASAP. Within 20 minutes I had chosen one that will serve my family's needs, paid for at the local going price for the model selected, and arranged for delivery and disposal of the old refrigerator for the next morning. Great service from Carmona's as always!
