the house keeping department is horrible the supervisors are VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.they do not respect thier employees nore do they talk to them the right way. the heads of house keeping should be fired the way they run the department.this goes for guilford as well as the west facility.

Our memory care is a secured unit which houses 12 residents, great for residents with Dementia/Alzheimers, fully staff with nurses available 24/7,: Nurses administers meds. and CNA's, baths, assists with Feeding if needed, provides companionship..etc.. In-House activity Director is hands- on and always have several activities lined up for the day..and they go go on field trips if willing and able to. Hope this helps.
