Looks can be deceiving here! Just spend more than 1 day in this place and you will clearly understand. These nurses are clearly over worked and short staffed is an understatement! Management does not try and help at all with solving problems. Some days I could walk an entire floor and never see a staff member.

The building itself is beautiful! The Director Laura not so pleasant. DO NOT BECOME A CONTRACTOR OR VENDOR FOR THIS COMPANY! They do not like to pay bills on time. I am owed money from March and April of 2022 for services provided and still have not been paid. I have sent so many emails and made plenary of phone calls attempting to resolve this and no one wants to respond. The people who live at this place seem to be promised one thing but offered a completely different way as they become residents. Very under staffed and the people do not get the care they are paying to receive. I wouldn’t keep my dog at this place so sad.

Hamrony at Greensboro is a phenomenal senior loving community that has truly thrived since first opening. I love working at Harmony because this company truly embodies “Families Serving Families.” Thank you to the team, most especially to the Executive Director, Laura, who is a true servant leader. You can find her cleaning toilets, painting apartments, or providing direct care. It’s easy to follow a leader who truly puts residents first. If you’re interested in this community, coke on my and see for yourself! Lunch is on us!

The building is beautiful and has potential to be a great facility. The sales director and nursing staff were very nice. Unfortunately the Main Director Laura made our experience at Harmony a nightmare. My MIL who has dementia moved into Harmony's assisted living, within 3 days they said she was "wandering" and not safe to be in assisted living so they moved her into Memory Care. At first we were okay with this decision but after she moved it became clear to us and the Nursing/Dr staff that she did not belong there. (She was helping feed and guide the other patients) We had everything set up with the Harmony Drs/Nursing Director to move her back to Assisted living until she spoke with the main Director Laura. Laura was rude to my MIL and my MIL called her out on it, unfortunately this interaction prevented the move to assisted living to happen. We called multiple times and pleaded for a Trial in Assisted Living. Laura would not let this happen. We had no choice but to move our MIL to another facility. She is now at Heritage Greens in Greensboro and is THRIVING in their INDEPENDENT LIVING facility. I'm not sure if there is just not enough staff or because they are so new and do not have everything figured out yet but the difference in communication/activities and security at Heritage and Harmony is night and day. There is a reason why they have so much availability in Independent/Assisted/Memory care and no wait list. Would not recommend this place for any loved one with Dementia/Alzheimer's. Also the Staff at the front are completely clueless and were never helpful. They didn't have enough staff to open up the second entrance so we had to walk through the main entrance every time. Very hard to walk my MIL pass all of nice Independent living amenities and then drop her off in Memory care every time we took her somewhere because of this.
