There is no one that can help with lost license. They give a person the run around. We emailed Raleigh and went to their offices and we still don’t have answers. What happened to this Department?

This is not a DMV office. It is NC-DOT Division of Highways, Stranded Motorist Dispatch office. Can't get a Driver's License here so don't even bother calling, haha. Lady who answered phone was nice about it, though!

Questions & Answers

There is a dead tree that I believe to be in the DOT right of way. If it falls it will fall across a public road and block access to my driveway. How do I report this?

The DOT will remove the tree if or when it falls. You can call the Sandy Ridge DOT located on Sandy Camp Road

It is not at this building. This is a Department of Transportation center. You need to find a DMV.
