Not impressed at all! The lobby furniture was worn and looked like it had pee stains in it. The rooms were too small and worn looking for what price they wanted to charge. The atmosphere was drab, I would not have my loved one stay here.

My parent is currently living there and I am looking elsewhere. Have tried to have a conversation with corporate and reach nobody. No call backs from in staff management either. In addition to concerns about care, with the exception of a few staff members who genuinely care, there has been a 24 percent increase in her rate because she is out of pocket pay. It is not my parents responsibility to pay for the mismanagement of funds at the corporate level and to cover Medicaid cap. Price gauging is illegally. Be very cautious with false promises.

The Brookdale staff are so caring and kind. Putting a parent in memory care isn't easy, but they do everything possible to make residents feel comfortable, safe, and cared-for.

I made a delivery there today and I saw an older gentleman sitting outside with a gash on his head bleeding through the bandage or taped gauze on it and it made me come to the reviews just to see nothing but pretty bad reviews I hope this guy isn’t being neglected
