This is the worst veterinary clinic. The office lady there gave me an appt for Tuesday and when I called to verify the time on Monday, she stated my appt was actually for Thursday at 11:30am and not on Tuesday at 11:30am. When I called her a few minutes ago to verify if check-in was 11:30am or if I needed to come in a little earlier she stated my appt was on Tuesday. She was so rude about it and didn’t want to take any responsibility for her mistake, after I advised her that I had to make two full day accommodations to take my senior citizen friend to the vet as he has difficulty driving to a new place alone. She immediately got defensive and refused to even acknowledge she gave me the wrong date. She offered to give me another appt for the following week, but when I asked her to please email me some sort of appt reminder to prevent another mix up, she hung up on me, or put me on hold because the call sounded like it dropped. When I called her back, she stated to take my friend’s puppies who have been suffering for over a week as I waited for this appointment, to take them elsewhere. I don’t understand people like this. She shouldn’t be working in a place where customer service, patient care, and empathy is a must! All she needed to do was be respectful of my time and sympathize with the fact that she really inconvenience me, not to mention, has just caused my puppies to have to endure more suffering because now I have to find another vet who can see them as most are booked for weeks out in the area. I’m just so disappointed with the way she handled this whole situation and with her lack of care and compassion for all the parties involved.
