Read the return instructions carefully and make sure you have filled everything out and signed every required line. Sometimes they want to mail you actual ID in. It sucks and is huge inconvenience, but those are the rules.

No..they do not take walk-ins at this time... You need to call the local office phone number to make an appointment... A warning..this office is notoriously difficult to deal with.. try to get a name of the person you speak with that sets any appointments or gives you information on what you need to do... If you're inspected to mail documents I would advise you not to do that and instead be sure to make an appointment... If you've read the other reviews... they are true. Good luck
