So My family of five went here for 5 years and each year they get worse and worse and now we found a new doctors office Seen everything from horrible scheduling of doctors and waiting a hour to be seen everytime To trying to book a after 230 pm appointment for the nurse to tell me typically after 230 pm they tend to lose things and things get misplaced To my son need immunizations signed by a doctor so he can go to camp have a week notice called on Thursday to see why it’s not done to be told they lost it I resent it for them not to have the time to finish by my deadline on Friday For them to tell me it requires over 48 hours Absolutely worst family practice I have ever been to !!!!!

The worst doctors office I have ever experienced. Everything from med changes to prior authorizations to just calling to make an appointment takes multiple 30+ minute calls. I like my doctor but the office is so incompetent. I called the day I tested positive for Covid to ask if there is anything I should do or take to minimize the symptoms. After calling numerous times a day, leaving messages and talking to the receptionist, I finally got a call from my doctors nurse after 4 days. Terrible patient care.
