Shelly was very communicative. Got all my parts for a hitch in and only took an hour or two to get them on. The guy who put the hitch on my car was great. He walked me through everything and even offered to have me stop by when I got a trailer attached to make sure everything looked good. I would definitely recommend Leonard this place!
