The staff is always friendly, and the building is always clean. Even the bathrooms. The parts department is very knowledgeable, and can get almost any part your vehicle needs. They also have a great selection of vehicles.

I bought a new to me Chevrolet Traverse and wasn't so sure what to do with all the gizmos and gadgets that were in this car so I took it there and one of the sales reps actually spent a few minutes with me on his downtime to explain to me how things worked in my car. I had it to get another key made for my car and the fella that helped me was nice and efficient which I appreciate. On the service side is a whole different story. That don't really act like they're excited to help you. Twice I went there to get a quote and all they ever say is it's a $150 diagnostic test which goes towards the cost of Repair. When you're trying to get a quote this is not what you want to hear. They need to figure out a way to give people ballpark figures into instead of just a catch all phrase.

I test drove my vehicle on Friday night, and came back Saturday morning to purchase. I got to the dealership around 9:30, and was walking out around 11:30! Quickest car purchase I’ve ever made. Everyone was very friendly and well informed. I’d highly recommend them!
