The employees in this UPS store are very rude and not known how to deal with customers. I went there to drop a Amazon return and I have forgotten to tape one side of the box. They asked $2 to tape it. Even for printing one page they charge for $3. NICE BuSiness! We better go to other UPS than here. These people should know to talk with customers. You Guys Be KIND with customers!

The employees and owner that work here are some of the most uncordial and rude human beings I’ve ever dealt with. The way you are treated is belittling and unprofessional. The dark cloud of the owner is casted over all the employees. I guess It’s not really their fault though. Most of the ones that used to work there have already moved on. I don’t blame them. If you want to be treated like a valuable customer like you should be, and not be ripped off on everything, go to postal center right down the street. This ups store location is only good for a drop off point with pre paid labels so you don’t have to speak to the people behind the counter.

Phone line says open every Sunday. Door says open Sunday 9-5. Got here and doors locked, lights off. Guess they pick and chose when to stick to the hours.
