Hello, There are few things that you can take to help digest food. Raw Apple Cider Vinegar is a good place to start. This can help with breaking down foods and help with constipation. But you can also take things like digestive enzymes to break down the basic foods groups. Also any fermented foods like yogurt or sauerkraut or just fermented vegetable can help.
