Took my 10 month old puppy there for his first grooming, he had fur matted behind his ears, they shaved it down to open skin, he of course started scratching leading to an infection, now he is on antibiotics and is wearing a cone. UPDATE- called them back to let them know what has transpired, they were very understanding, etc and offered a full reimbursement

We have used Man's Best Friend for the last two years, and they are great. Our dogs stay in the executive suite so they can be together. The staff is amazing. They are very loving and caring to our dogs. They are always happy when we pick them up.
