Not super impressed last two visits in the emergency room for my elderly mother. Sara, apparently a "supervisor," had an attitude, scoffing through conversations and hanging up on both myself and my sister. An easily fixed issue became a drawn-out headache for no reason. Would definitely not recommend this ER.

I was here many times for various procedures (I was here last on 6/21/2022 ) and want to thank both the staff and the doctors for their kindness and extreme professionalism in all my visits! I felt as if they cared and was not just another number on their to do list for the day! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!---LARS COX!

I had a good experience here. Went in for chest pain and tightness. I was seen relatively quickly. Honestly thought I was dying. About a 2 hour visit but they gave me a treatment and sent me on my way no issues. Staff was very helpful all the way around.

I've never been to the ER or as an Inpatient at Sewickley hospital, but I've been here several times for outpatient services and diagnostic testing. Because of this, my review is not a full picture of the hospital as a whole. That being said, the Outpatient and diagnostic services here are fantastic, especially in comparison to bigger competitors such as AHN and UPMC. I've never had to wait long, never have had any problems with mixing up my information with other patients or any scheduling problems. The hospital is easy to navigate from the garage to the Outpatient section. It is clean and well lit (which is a big deal because so many other hospitals in the area are gross). The staff are very friendly and thorough - I cannot overstate how much I appreciate this! I have autoimmune diseases, and heritage valley always provides test results in a very timely manner. As long as I can, I will continue to choose this facility (and the satellite diagnostic centers) over other companies such as AHN and UPMC. I only knock off one star because I cannot review the hospital as a whole as I've never been to the ER or Inpatient at Sewickley.

Only a handful of locations operate Saturdays. Find a local Lab and have them send your results where you need them.
Critical Care 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.; 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Limit of two visitors at a time. Children under age 14 must have special permission from the patient’s nurse. One visitor should be designated to call Critical Care for updates about the patient.
