Best customer service hands down. I was in need of a boiler in the middle of winter and Trudi and her husband couldn’t of been easier to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable about not only the wood boiler I was looking at, but also all the possible ways of plumbing it in my existing system. They came out that same week to install and stayed until the boiler was operational. They even helped with some modifications I needed to do in my house. They stayed until past 10pm! You can’t beat their customer service. Can’t say enough good things about them. Even a year after the install, they are always helpful with question or any central boiler products I need. If your looking a quality boiler from a large reputable company like Central Boiler with the personal customer service from a dealer like RIS Wood Heat, look no further.
