Last month I had the pleasure of upgrading their Fire Alarm System. I spent 2 weeks there. I immediately noticed how well they treat their residents and staff. The ladies at the front office were so kind to me and I will be forever grateful for the friendships I've made. The residents are well cared for and are treated like family. I was able to meet a lot of them throughout my time there and one of them even invited me to join her and her friends/fellow residents for lunch one day. I enjoyed their stories of their lives that they shared with me. I have been to quite a few assisted living facilities and this one is by far one of the best.

I am so happy that we were able to move my dad into this amazing facility. My dad feels like he is at home in his room which he says is more like a studio apartment. The staff really care about the residents and the family members that come to visit. I'm always greeted by name and feel welcome. I eat with my dad about once a week in the dining hall and the food and service is great. When we had to move my dad into assisted living, he had a lot of fear about being put into a nursing home. We came for a tour and as we were shown around the faculty all his fears were put to rest. Thank you again to the Dorie and Amber for all the help with the process of getting my dad into Pelican point and for running a great facility.

I recently moved to Pelican Pointe and much to my surprise, my family grew! The staff and the residents became my family and Pelican Pointe became my home! It is a light and love filled facility featuring good food, fun activities and much more!
