Great staff and facilities. There's horseback riding, camping, river floats, a huge pool, 4,000 acres of off-roading areas, a gun range, lodges, and more. I've been going here for five years, and I still discover new things each time I go here. 5 stars!

Yes, RV, water and electrical hookups only. No sewer, but you can drive to dump station for $ in the camp area or Emergency dump is more $. No internet. But you must be an owner to stay there. Meaning you buy into the Ranch. If you are not already an owner. I suggest you call the r-ranch and become an owner because it is the best place to vacation at. All the amenities oh, like the shooting range horseback riding river rafting the pool Etc.
Klamath was not touched and just the pool lodge was lost at cottonwood
