The worst customer service ever if I could give them negative stars I would. I called them simply to buy a car not bid which says on their website you have to be a dealer and pay membership services to bid so I called to ask if I could come up there and purchase the vehicle only to be told twice by two rude customer service reps that I had to have a dealers license in the state of SC. so I was confused and called Lexington County Sheriff Dept and they said that was incorrect unless it was a dealer day only. So nicely I called and asked to speak with the supervisor and she had the audacity to get rude and say I must not know what my sources are talking about and so I told her that its was LCSD and she flat out called them a liar . This is ridiculous you're own website including two others and the LCSD all say its public unless on dealer days. If it really isn't open to the public then maybe you should make these changes on your OWN website and legally through LCSD!
