Worst coffee me and my wife have had. We're not picky either. We've had TH coffee in Indiana and Ohio and on both occasions the coffee was horrible. Better off getting gas station coffee. Go back to Canada Tim.

Very patient staff. It's been awhile since I was in a Tim Hortons and getting used to the new menu. Great service and Hot chocolate!

I've tried this drive thru 3 different times and every time I've ordered toasted plain bagel with butter. This time was the same as the others. The bagel was cold and the butter was not melted. They may get you out fast, but I would rather wait.

Out of about ten employees (it might have been shift change) only one person was wearing a face covering correctly. Not a great look for a food establishment to so blatently disregard public health.

I was really disappointed in how my frosted cinnamon rolls were handed to me at the drive thru. Literally looked like they just threw them in the bag. Had to fix them so the icing wouldn't have slid off them on the way home. Need to

I've had problems with TH too but I complained on their website, got a phone call and a free meal. Lately it has been better. Their French Toast sandwich was good but smaller than the picture. No surprise. Their Iced Coffee was excellent.
