Dropped off two car payment bills inside the building in the slot on July 5th, 2022. Today is July 13th, they have still not been delivered to the creditors that they are supposed to be at by tomorrow in order not to be late. Where is my mail?????????

Just found a note on our sliding glass door, that there was no one home. There were three of us in the house and a dog that goes nuts whenever anyone comes to the door. Don't even have to ring the bell. They must have been very stealthy to go unnoticed by all us people in the house who weren't home.

It has been a little over two weeks and I still havnt receive my mailbox key. This is the worst you contact the office no answer. You don’t ever wanna leave a message they will never calm back. Poor customer service in person they have there phones in hand ear buds in their ear so they only hear partial of what your saying. They don’t read before they blurt out answers. I know I have mail piled up in my mailbox at my resident that I cannot retained because I really don’t believe they sent my form off. I just wanna get in my mailbox to get “MY” legal mail. They need to clean house in this building and replace with customer service friendly people. They need more training. Very disgusted in this place.
