Eddie and Austin installed our Generac Generator, and did an amazing job!

I just had a wonderful experience with Swaim Heating and Air in Climax, NC. My A/C unit went down and was told I couldn't be seen until next Tuesday. But thanks to Julie and especially Tammy, she squeezed me into their rotation today. Joe Swaim and his helper Austin showed up only a few hours later and fixed my unit with great efficiency and true professionalism. Kudos to everyone at Swaim for a job extremely well done! Swaim Electric came to install a new mini split for our home yesterday, with the equipment installation performed by Michael, Joe and Logan. Even knowing that their customer services is very good, we were amazed at the three men that came to perform the work. They were focused, relentless, and undeterred to provide Lynn and I the best possible installation, working through lunch so they could get us done in a day. Michael, Joe and Logan offered updates as they completed certain tasks, so we weren't wondering what was happening. To keep the white floors clean, they left their boots on the porch, even though they were never asked to do so, which shows how they care about their customers. When all was done, they took the time to show us how things worked, never in a hurry, cleaning everything once our questions were answered. If you are looking for quality work, competitive pricing, and unusually caring installers, then plan to engage Swaim Electric. You'll be as pleased as we are with their work!
