I have been using Quail Services for all of our heating/cooling and plumbing needs since we arrived in MA 4 years ago. They are always professional, knowledgeable, punctual and responsive!! We had no hot water last night and this morning - when I called they said they would try to fit us in, and they did!! I was so happy when John called and said he was in his way!! I know that when we comes out the problem will be fixed!! Highly recommend!! So grateful!

John and Ty were excellent. They called 30 minutes prior to arrival. They assessed what needed to be done. They provided a fair quote for work that needed to be done. They also made future suggestions and quoted me for a new hot water tank as mine is older. Very professional, very clean, and didn’t leave any messes after fixing the Symmons Valve that was leaking. 10/10 will use their services again. Couldn’t thank them enough. Need more gentleman in the field like them. Thank you both very much!!

Incredible service and installation. After an emergency repair on our propane furnace, Quail has also installed baseboard heaters in our house and done routine maintenance on the furnace. They call and text before the technician arrives, they give you precise times when they will be at your location. Always communicative and up front on pricing, all around an excellent local business.
